Why is this issue important to you?
Prevention is so important to me because every child deserves to grow up in a safe and loving environment and we are the voice for these children.
What prompted you to get involved?
I am so grateful to have had a safe and happy child and want every child to grow up in that environment. I was inspired to get involved years ago through my sorority, Kappa Delta.
How would you encourage others to make an impact?
I would encourage others to get involved in any way possible, whether it be through volunteer work, advocacy, or financial contribution. Every little bit counts!
