The Process
The Key Players in the 87th Legislative Session
The House Appropriations Committee and Senate Finance Committee work in parallel to put together a draft budgets. At the end of session, a Conference Committee with both House and Senate membership will reconcile any budget differences to finalize the budget for the next two years. These are the members.
